At Afeef Couture, every order is prepared with great care and attention to detail. We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and an excellent shopping experience.
Returns & Refunds
If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will review your request and, if approved, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned with all original packaging and tags (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase is required.
Customized Orders
Please note that all customized or personalized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Changing the color of a dress.
- Modifying an existing design.
- Requesting a completely new or custom design.
- Any product made according to your specific requirements or preferences.
Since these items are specially created for you and cannot be resold, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on customized orders under any circumstances.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before production has begun. Once production or customization has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
